I have a Software Engineering Bachelor’s Degree and over 10 years of work experience within P&C Insurance Transformation/Digitalization Programmes across the globe. I have worked in South African, Polish, Lithuanian, Danish and Norwegian markets, performing the roles of a consultant, team lead, delivery manager, project manager and business development manager at various points in my career. I possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels within an organization. These skills combined with my ability to adapt has helped me to lead strategic IT initiatives and business transformation Programmes towards success. I am currently interested in various leadership/management roles that would provide me with the ability to utilize my experience and help organizations move towards the achievement of strategic goals.
Lately I performed the role of the Business Development Manager/Value Architect and my main focus was on business growth by assisting our clients with IT and business knowledge to create new and exciting opportunities. I have participated in all of the common project's lifecycles ranging from pre-sales and pre-analysis to implementation and going live, and post go-live support. The projects I have been involved also range in length and scope, from three month small projects to a three-year length international projects that are part of a larger Programme and are performed by multiple vendors. I have successfully tailored and used PRINCE2 and MSP management methodologies combined with an Agile delivery method. I have managed both internal and external staff and have been responsible for a wide range of areas from recruitment and utilization to delivery or marketing.
