Senior Software Quality Engineer

Job description: 

- Design and development of automated test concepts

- Creating test cases based on business requirements/stories

- Concept and design automated test environment

- Creating and maintaining test data

- Development and maintenance of automated test scripts

- Responsible for Acceptance Testing, System Testing, end-to-end Testing

- Responsible for Automation and Manual Testing

- Integration of automated test scenarios into the web application

- Analysis and reporting the test results

- Supporting the development team and verify the software increments

- Continuous enhancement of test processes, tools and products

- Open for occasional business trips to Hamburg/Germany: 1-2 weeks at start during on-boarding process and in avg. 2 days a month

Requirements: 

- Expert in web application test automation

- Experience in designing and developing UI-Tests for web applications

- Experience to work with a test automation tool

- Experience to work with a scripting/programming language

- Experience to integrate tests to the build server as i.e. "Jenkins"

- Experience to integrate Confluence and JIRA into test infrastructure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EN

Additional Skills:

- Experience to work with “Python"

- Experience to work with "Test Complete"

- Ideally certified in ISTQB i.e. „Foundation Level“

- Familiar with Web Security Topics
