UI&UX Designer

UI/UX Designer would be responsible for building industry-leading solutions while staying up to date with design best practices and the latest technologies. Our UI/UX Designer will create engaging user experience to enhance and strengthen Bankera relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the sites function and look like

- Create original UIs and their graphic elements

- Prepare and present ideas

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

- Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

- Design portfolio

- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- Team spirit; strong communication skills

- Good time management skills

- BSc in Design

- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions

- Attention to details

- Communication and presentation skills
